Gene has held senior leadership roles, including Executive in Residence, Chief Growth Officer, and Executive Committee Member at amelia.ai, IBM, Unisys, CSC, Hewlett-Packard, and Accenture. He also serves on the Board of Directors of CyberAB, the accreditation body of the U.S. Department of Defense cybersecurity ecosystem. Gene holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed executive coursework in International Business Management at the University of Pretoria-Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in Johannesburg, South Africa.

As Chief Financial Officer of FormativGroup, Charles Miller draws on extensive experience guiding technology firms through growth, operational scale, and enterprise value expansion, leading to successful exits. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President roles within software and technology organizations spanning both public and private equity-backed enterprises. His background includes expertise in reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration, with a strong focus on supporting long-term business growth and strategic transformation. Charles holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Rutgers University.

Rachel McClary, PhD is a senior executive and strategic marketing leader with deep experience driving growth, brand transformation, and go-to-market excellence for global technology organizations. She has served as Chief Marketing Officer for multiple enterprise companies, including Imprivata and Arcserve, where she led worldwide marketing, positioning, and demand generation initiatives. Rachel brings a strong advisory perspective shaped by executive leadership roles across organizations, including Diebold Nixdorf, Hewlett-Packard, EMC, as well as several advisory boards. She holds a PhD in Decision Science, an MBA from Colorado State University, and a BA in International Affairs and German from the University of New Hampshire. 

Chris Oliver is a global growth executive with more than two decades of experience accelerating growth, shaping strategy, and driving enterprise transformation across technology organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategy & Business Development at Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), where he rebuilt the corporate strategy and M&A function, led $300M+ in acquisitions, and helped identify $500M+ in future growth opportunities. Previously, Chris held senior leadership roles at IBM, where he managed an $800M P&L, helped launch a new Edge Computing business unit, and led strategy for IBM’s $13B Partner Ecosystem business. He also held leadership roles at Pluralsight, Inc., Presidio Inc., Hewlett-Packard, and NTT. Chris holds an MBA from Yale University and an AB in Public Policy Analysis from Brown University.

Chrissy Tirazona leads the company’s people strategy, talent initiatives, and HR operations. She brings more than 12 years of experience building and scaling HR functions for private equity-backed and high-growth organizations. Most recently, Chrissy served as Head of People Operations for a Summit Partners portfolio company, where she supported fivefold revenue growth and nearly 70% workforce expansion. Her expertise spans organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational change. Chrissy holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a BA in Political Science from De La Salle University.
